Shipping policies
Free delivery service will be provided for all orders via our own vehicles. Your orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of receipt of the order, excluding bank holidays and other holidays that may cause delays in delivery. We will contact you via phone or email to schedule a suitable time for delivery. We also offer international delivery but it may incur an additional cost depending on the destination. We guarantee the safety of your products during the shipping and delivery period.
An additional fee will be added for remote areas based on distance and additional transportation cost. Please note that this fee is not fixed and may change depending on changing transportation costs. Customers will be notified of any additional charges prior to completing the order and given the opportunity to agree to them before proceeding.
